E & F FLUTE corrugated board delivers the thin profile and smooth printable surface of micro-flute corrugation — ideal for retail packaging, point-of-sale displays, and premium product boxes that demand both structural strength and print quality.
Engineered for performance
E and F flute corrugated boards are the thinnest corrugated profiles, offering a near-flat surface that accepts high-quality printing and lamination. E & F FLUTE is manufactured with precision fluting to ensure consistent caliper and excellent crush resistance per IS 2771 and ISO 3037.
E flute (~1.5 mm, ISO 4046) is widely used for retail product boxes, pizza boxes, and point-of-sale displays. F flute (~0.8 mm) is the thinnest standard flute, preferred for cosmetic packaging, pharmaceutical cartons, and premium consumer goods where a folding carton look is required with added structural strength.
Both profiles are available as single-face, single-wall, and double-wall constructions, with a choice of liner grades to suit print, lamination, or plain kraft finishes.
