PAPER PLATE raw material is manufactured from a carefully selected recycled fibre blend, processed to deliver the precise stiffness, smoothness, and moisture resistance required for high-speed paper plate forming lines. Cobb water absorption ≤ 20 g/m² (ISO 535) ensures the board resists moisture from wet food contact.
The board is engineered for clean press-forming without cracking or delamination — critical for producing round, oval, and compartment plates at high throughput. Caliper tolerance ± 0.03 mm (ISO 534) ensures uniform plate thickness across every sheet. The food-safe surface meets applicable Indian and international food contact standards.
Available in reel and sheet form across a wide grammage range, PAPER PLATE is supplied to converters across India with consistent caliper and low moisture content for stable, year-round production.
